If you receive a defective product, wrong size, color or reference, you have 7 business days to notify us and return the item in unused condition with all labels attached.

If you need to exchange your shapewear for a different size, color, or style, we’ve got you covered. You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to initiate an exchange.

Please remember also, that you have up to 7 days to return any merchandise that meets our return policy requirements (unused and with all labels intact). Once we receive the item at our warehouse, we will credit the product’s value to your account, allowing you to place a new order.

Our Return Policy Guidelines

- We offer exchanges only. Refunds are not available.

- Shapewear must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels and unused.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

- Unused

- Unwashed

- Free of Stains

- Without Deodorant, creams, perfum or skin oils marks

- Undamaged & Unbroken

Once your exchange request is processed, we will send you an email with a free return label to print and attach to the package.

The first exchange is free of charge

For a second exchange, customers are responsible for the return shipping to our distribution center and for the shipping back to their home.

Each item is inspected upon arrival. If it meets our policy guidelines, we will process the exchange within 3-7 days.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of receiving your order confirmation at hi@sanatyshop.com.

Cancellations cannot be processed after 6 hours
